摘要 The present invention relates to a visible light-applied high-speed molding apparatus using an LCD mask. The visible light-applied high-speed molding apparatus using an LCD mask according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a light source assembly having a light source for emitting visible light, and guiding the visible light from the light source to a fixed position; a transfer mechanism having the light source assembly fixed thereto, for moving the light source assembly; and a dynamic shape generator having a set pattern formed thereon for high-speed molding, and having visible light rays incident from the light source assembly selectively passing therethrough according to the set pattern, wherein the light source assembly is moved by the transfer mechanism, the visible light rays from the light source assembly that pass through a limited region from among the entire region of the dynamic shape generator continuously move in the direction in which the light source assembly moves, and the visible light rays from the moving light source assembly scan the entire region of the dynamic shape generator and enter a photosensitive liquid polymer according to the pattern formed on the dynamic shape generator so as to perform high-speed molding. With the visible light-applied high-speed molding apparatus using an LCD mask according to the present invention, high-speed molding of a photosensitive liquid polymer is performed by scanning according to a horizontal movement of light passing a local region, thereby promoting improved processability due to a high light transmissivity and uniform light distribution, and improved productivity through a shortened curing time. Therefore, the apparatus not only can effectively be applied to large-area high-speed molding, but can have improved durability by preventing damage or destruction caused by heat deterioration of an LCD, and can effectively be applied in low-cost high-speed molding by enabling improved processability and reducing equipment setup costs using, as a light source, visible light exhibiting high transmissivity for an LCD.
