<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a large-scale clamping apparatus is necessary because the cross section of structual laminated lumber is determined by the scale of a building, an ultra-large cross-sectional material is further required in order to provide fire-resistant performance, a large number of the laminated lumbers must be mutually laminated in order to manufacture an ultra-large cross-sectional laminated lumber by mutually adhering the laminated lumbers, consequently a large-scaled clamping apparatus is necessary, and it is difficult to manufacture the laminated lumber without selecting a place. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive is applied to both adhesion surfaces 2 of top and bottom surfaces of the laminated lumbers 1 to laminate the adhesive-coated laminated lumbers 1 while the adhesive is only applied to respective one sides of the uppermost and lowermost stages of the laminated lumbers 1 among the laminated lumbers 1, and the laminated lumbers 1 are subjected to clamping. In this clamping apparatus for clamping the laminated lumbers 1 under pressure, clamp pressure is applied to one side of four sides of a square steel pipe 4 facing the laminated lumbers 1 in a laminated state to the laminated lumbers 1 through a tool comprising the square steel pipe 4 thickened in the vicinity of the center and thinned to both ends, with the screw clamp 3 by the rotation of the screw of the screw clamp 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
