<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an installation space compact by sharply reducing a bending direction force that acts on the rod, by controlling restriction from occurring to a rod structure, and by controlling the enlargement of dimensions. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid is supplied to and discharged from cylinder 11. A body 12 is fixed to a fixing side structure 101 and provided with the cylinder 11 integrally. A piston 13 defines cylinder chambers (17a, 17b) in each cylinder 11 and slides on an inner wall of the cylinder 11. A rod 14 is provided integrally with each piston 13 and displaced so as to extend and contract with respect to each cylinder 11. A link member 15 is set up to extend parallel to the axial direction of the cylinder 11 or diagonally to a direction parallel to the axial direction of the cylinder 11 and one end side thereof is pivotally coupled to a movable side structure 102.
