UTTERANCE EVALUATION DEVICE, UTTERANCE EVALUATION METHOD, AND UTTERANCE EVALUATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an utterance evaluation device objectively evaluating a vocalism in which natural voice is mixed with falsetto, an utterance evaluation method, and an utterance evaluation program.

SOLUTION: The utterance evaluation device includes: an extraction means 52 that extracts a fundamental harmonic and a plurality of harmonics excluding the fundamental harmonic in speech information input from a microphone 24; and an evaluation means 54 that evaluates a fusion ratio of the natural voice to the falsetto in the speech information on the basis of the fundamental harmonic and the plurality of harmonics extracted by the extraction means 52 from a predetermined relationship. This constitution can easily obtain at which ratio the natural voice is mixed with the falsetto in the voice uttered by oneself.
