<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor device suppressing deterioration of detection accuracy of an angular velocity. <P>SOLUTION: An angular velocity sensor device (100) includes: an angular velocity sensor (10) having an oscillator being displaceable in the x direction and the y direction that are mutually in an orthogonal relationship, an excitation part oscillating the oscillator in the x direction, and a detecting part for detecting a displacement amount of the oscillator in the y direction; a mounting section (30) for mounting the angular velocity sensor (10); a lead (40) for electrically relaying the angular velocity sensor (10) and an external element; and a support section (50) for supporting the lead (40) and the mounting section (30). The lead (40) is mechanically fixed to the external element. The mounting section (30) includes a suspension lead (31) cantilevered to the support section (50).
