PURPOSE:To design the saving of energy of a drying chamber, by starting the first half part of a drying chamber and then the latter half part successively after the beginning of laver making, by stopping the latter half part of it and then the first half part successively after the stock solution is out, so that the drying chamber is controlled. CONSTITUTION:The amount of stock solution in the tank 7 of stock solution is detected by the switch 8, the main motor 11 is started by the operation of the starting switch, the numbers of laver sheet making is counted by the first counter 12, and the fun and the burner in the first half part B1 of the drying chamber B are started. At this point, after the number is counted again by the reset counter 12, the latter half part B2 of the drying chamber B is started to do continuous operation. When the stock solution in the tank 7 is out, the pump 5, etc. are stopped by the switch 8, the second counter 16 starts to count, the burner and the fan of the first half part B1 are stopped after the given number of laver sheet making, and the dryer is stopped completely after the counting of the first counter 12. |
