PURPOSE: An auto filling syringe is provided to automatically fill a cosmetic container with a liquid content. CONSTITUTION: An auto filling syringe comprises a syringe pipe(10) for taking in or expelling liquid, a cylindrical cylinder(20) which is combined with the upper end circumferential surface of the syringe pipe and is open on the top, a piston(30) which comprises a cylindrical packing on the circumference of the bottom, a cylindrical push button(40) which is combined with a circular plate formed on the upper end of the piston, a cylindrical outer pipe member which is open at the top and bottom, a cylindrical screw member(60) which fixes the circular plate of the cylindrical cylinder, and a moving member(70) which raises the piston and is lowered by pressing a push button.
