PURPOSE: A rotational stirring type beverage dispenser is provided to rotate a stirring impeller by a mechanical power interlocked with an opening operation of a discharge valve for a user to drink a beverage, thereby stirring the beverage in a container by using a mechanical operation without using electricity. CONSTITUTION: A rotational stirring type beverage dispenser includes a container(10) containing a beverage, a stirring impeller(30), an outlet valve(20) and a mixing driver(50). The stirring impeller is installed inside the container and rotates around a rotary shaft(40) which is rotatably arranged on one side of the beverage container to mix a beverage. The outlet valve is installed on one side of the container to be connected to the inside of the container and discharges the beverage of the container to the outside. The mixing driver is connected to the rotary shaft of the stirring impeller and the outlet valve and interlocked with the operation of the outlet valve to rotate the stirring impeller.
