<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the ability to assemble an electromagnetic pump that forcibly feeds a working fluid by reciprocating a piston in a cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: A strainer 90 is formed with: a disk 92 on which a strainer surface is formed; and legs 94 which are extended in the orthogonal direction from the outer peripheral edge of the disk 92. The strainer 90 is attached so as to cover a plug 78 of a suction check valve 70 to form a sub-assembly. Then, the suction check valve 70 which is formed together with the piston and a spring as the sub-assembly, and the strainer 90 are inserted in the order into the cylinder, and thereafter, a cylinder cover is attached thereto to be assembled as an electromagnetic pump 20. Thus, the assembling and the positioning of the strainer 90 can be easily performed even if the size of the strainer 90 is small, and the assembling performance of the electromagnetic pump can be further improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
