<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a rivet member from rotating while protecting as much as possible a seal member disposed at the location at which the rivet member penetrates, in a power storage device that forms an electric conduction path by the rivet member penetrating an apparatus housing. <P>SOLUTION: In a power storage device, a collector 4 is fixed to an apparatus housing BC in a state of penetrating the apparatus housing BC, and a rivet member RE is disposed. The rivet member RE is electrically connected to the collector, and constitutes an electric conduction path. An outer shape of the rivet member RE is formed in a noncircular shape having a curved shape protruded outward when viewed in a penetration direction. The shape of a through hole of the rivet member RE is formed in a shape substantially similar to a contour of the outer shape of the rivet member RE when viewed in the penetration direction.
