METHOD FOR SCREENING α ADRENALINE RECEPTOR-LIKE OCTOPAMINE RECEPTOR AGONIST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for screening α adrenaline receptor-like octopamine receptor agonist, and cells to be used in the method for screening.

SOLUTION: The α adrenaline receptor-like octopamine receptor agonist is simply and efficiently screened by using cells introduced with a polynucleotide (a): a polynucleotide encoding the α adrenaline receptor-like octopamine receptor protein and a polynucleotide (b): a polynucleotide having a polynucleotide region 1 having a cAMP response element and promoter activity, and a polynucleotide region 2 encoding a secretory reporter protein arranged on the 3' terminal side of the polynucleotide region 1.
