<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a converter and bias a voltage generating circuit, capable of immediately converging a bias voltage on a desired DC voltage when the bias voltage overshoots. <P>SOLUTION: When a bias voltage output from a bias voltage generating circuit 10 overshoots and reaches at least a desired DC voltage, a conduction state of a MOS transistor 14 in a clamp circuit 11 becomes an on state and an electric current can be flowed in a direction of the MOS transistor 14 from an output terminal VOUT. Thus, when the voltage output from the bias voltage generating circuit 10 overshoots, the voltage of the output terminal VOUT can be immediately converged on the desired DC voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
