<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomographic measuring device capable of making the changes of optical path length large, even if a diameter (an area) of a supporting plate is same. <P>SOLUTION: A tomographic measuring device includes: a light source emitting light; a light dividing member for dividing the light emitted from the light source into first light and second light; an optical path variable member for changing an optical path of the first light; a light uniting member for uniting the first light and the second light; and an amplitude measuring member for measuring the amplitude of the light united by the uniting member. The optical path variable member includes: a supporting plate; a rotation supporting member for supporting and rotating the supporting plate; a supporting reflection member disposed on the supporting plate; a first fixed reflection member for making light reflected from the supporting reflection member incident to the supporting reflection member again; and a second fixed reflection member for reflecting the light reflected again from the supporting reflection member to the supporting reflection member to return. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
