<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner reducing ventilation loss and improving compressibility of dust accumulated in a dust collecting container without enlarging the size of a cleaner body and dust collecting case. <P>SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner includes a body suction port, a dust collecting case storing portion located in back of the body suction port to store a detachable dust collecting case, and an electric fan disposed in back of the dust collecting case storing portion, and a hose inserted into the body suction port. The dust collecting case includes the dust collecting container with an opening, and a lid covering the opening and including an inflow port for communicating with the body suction port. The center of the inflow port is located above the center of the opening, the lid has a projection portion projecting into the dust collecting container, and the projection portion is provided below the center of the inflow port. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
