The assembly has floating elements (G1-G3) supported on articulated floats (D) and hinged to each other to form an anchored system. The anchored system is articulated on floating waves so as to convert the wave energy into hydraulic fluid energy. The anchored system is connected to rotary actuators for recovering and converting the hydraulic fluid energy into rotary mechanical energy for producing consumable energy. The floating elements are attached to each other by articulations (B) coupled or not coupled to the actuators.
