#CMT# #/CMT# The system has a cooperation element i.e. grappler, integrated with an upper construction element defining a bay. Another cooperation element i.e. tab (4), is carried by a mobile panel (1) and cooperated with the former cooperation element for assuring a locking of an opening/closing system in a closed position. The latter cooperation element is rotationally mounted on the panel between a cooperation position with the former cooperation element and an unlocking position. The latter cooperation element is susceptible to be rotationally driven by a gear motor (31). #CMT#USE : #/CMT# System for locking an opening/closing system (claimed) of a bay i.e. covered parking area, utilized for parking a vehicle i.e. fire engine, in a building i.e. collective building. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The cooperation element rotationally mounted on the panel is susceptible to be rotationally driven by the gear motor, thus permitting the panel to be animated with a rotational movement, and hence preventing the reduction of passage height defined by the bay.
