<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying apparatus which has a simple structure and can be cantilever-supported. <P>SOLUTION: The conveying apparatus for conveying a workpiece includes: a pallet which supports the workpiece; a conveyor which supports one side of the pallet in a direction perpendicular to a conveyance direction from below the pallet, and includes a conveyance roller for conveying the pallet and a driving source for driving the conveyance roller; and a heaving suppression guide member which extends along the conveyor, abuts against the another side of the pallet in the direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction, and suppresses heaving of the pallet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
