<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water service installation capable of facilitating communications between equipment in a dwelling house in a less patchy manner. <P>SOLUTION: A water service installation 1 includes headers 12, 14 to which water is supplied from a water supply 11, and a plurality of water supply pipes 13, 15 for supplying the water from the headers 12, 14 to a kitchen 3 and the like. The water supply pipes 13, 15 include a cylindrical inside metal part formed of a metal to pass water inside, a heat insulating layer formed of an insulating material and covering an area around the inside metal part, and an outside metal part formed of a metal and covering an area around the heat insulating layer.
