<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can improve a dynamic range. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a plurality of pixels arranged in a column direction and in a row direction, and first transistors arranged in number less than the number of a plurality of pixels. The plurality of pixels each include: a photo diode in which a flowing current value is determined by an intensity of irradiated light; and an amplifier circuit in which a storing charge amount is determined by the current value for generating an output signal including the charge amount as information. The amplifier circuit includes at least a second transistor holding stored charge and electrically connected to a cathode of the photo diode. Both of a cathode of the photo diode included in the pixel arranged in nth (n is a positive integer) row and a cathode of the photo diode included in the pixel arranged in the (n+1)th row in the same column with the pixel in the nth row are electrically connected with a first transistor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
