A system and a method for manufacturing grate elements, especially steel facade grates, steel platform grids, steel stair steps, staircase landings including rows of parallel steel flat bars connected in an upper part of longer sides at a right angle with lateral rows of steel wires, in a process of fusion welding or pressure welding, further cut according to manufacturing sizes, which are then coated with anticorrosive coatings through galvanizing, painting, galvanic metallization, characterised in that it comprises, connected to each other, a feeder with straightening machine (2), a round rod cleaner (3), a round rod flattening machine (4), a first rolling stand (5), a rolling speed controller (6) of a second rolling stand, the second rolling stand (7), a rolling speed controller (8) of a third rolling stand, the third rolling stand (9), a rolling speed controller (10) of a fourth rolling stand, a cutting device (11), the fourth rolling stand (12), a flat bar cleaner (13), a feeder speed controller (14), a flat bar feeder (16), a lubrication and cooling system (17) and a system (18) for measuring thickness and width of the flat bar. |
