<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source apparatus that can reduce transmission loss. <P>SOLUTION: A light scanning apparatus includes: two light source units, two light flux dividing members, a light deflector, four scanning optical systems, a scanning control device, etc. Each of the light source units has a light source including a surface-emitting laser array chip 100. The surface-emitting laser array chip 100 is bonded to a +a side surface of a circuit board 102 with an adhesive agent. The surface-emitting laser array chip 100 is electrically connected to the circuit board 102 with a bonding wire 103.
