<p>PURPOSE: A scribe tip alignment device and method of a mechanical scriber are provided to revise an interval between leading ends of a scribe tip by inspecting the interval between the leading ends of the scribe tip using vision. CONSTITUTION: A scribe head(40) is transferred by a head transport unit. The scribe head comprises scribe tips. A vision(50) is installed at the lower side of the scribe head. The vision successively takes a photograph of leading ends of the scribe tips which are transferred to a focal region. A controller(60) produces an interval between the leading ends of the scribe tips and revising distance. The scribe head is comprised of a head transport plate, a plurality of tip driving modules, and the scribe tips. The scribe tips are installed on the tip driving module.
