<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge device with a cleanable discharge electrode adapted to needle-like and wire discharge electrodes, and to provide an electrostatic charging device and an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: Two electrode cleaning members 14 that slidably hold a discharge electrode 11 are disposed on both sides of the discharge electrode 11.
