<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alcohol concentration detector that is simply configured and accordingly easy to manufacture and can give a high level of measurement accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A quartz oscillator and a comb-shaped capacitor are disposed planarly over a first substrate. A second substrate having an alcohol channel is superposed over and fixed to the first substrate so as to cover the comb-shaped capacitor, and the concentration of the alcohol is measured by the comb-shaped capacitor as a variation in dielectric constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
