<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and securely achieve decoration by employing a transfer layer on a surface of a body to be decorated. <P>SOLUTION: A mold 34 for transfer-decoration is used for a device for transfer-decoration, in which the transfer layer 12a is transferred to the body 20 to be decorated by pressing a transfer sheet 12 to the body 20 to be decorated through a medium. The mold 34 includes a first mold 1 and a second mold 2. The first mold 1 includes an inside placing part 1A capable of placing the body 20 to be decorated. A cavity V is formed between the second mold 2 and the transfer sheet 12 placed on the body 20 to be decorated by clamping with the first mold 1. A gap is secured between an edge part 1d of the placing part 1A and an outer edge part 2d of the cavity V.
