PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system enabling easy observation when a plurality of images different in time phase are superimposed; an image processing device; and an image processing method.

SOLUTION: In this image processing device, an extraction section extracts the same region of interest contained in a plurality of sets of three-dimensional image data having different time phases. Then, a position determination section determines a position, at which the regions of interest of the plurality of sets of three-dimensional image data extracted by the extraction section are superimposed, at approximately the same position in a subject on the basis of the feature points contained in the sets of three-dimensional image data. Then, a display control section modifies the regions of interest of the plurality of sets of three-dimensional image data extracted by the extraction section into different display formats and displays a superimposed image in which the regions of interest are superimposed in the position determined by the position determination section.
