The star wheel structure (1) has two star wheels (10,20) that are arranged coaxially, rotated relative to each other along circumferential direction and locked in defined circumferential position. The star wheels have radially outside lying teeth (11,21) defining recesses (14,24) at the star wheels by edges (12,13,22,23). A locating disk (30) is arranged coaxially opposite to the star wheels along circumferential direction, is rotated and locked independently with radial effective actuators (40) cooperated for each pocket (2), to define radial depth of the pockets.
