<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation composition including solid fat which has excellent usability and thermal stability obtained by controlling a melting point. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The external preparation composition includes a product with a melting pointy of 40 to 55°C obtained by bringing an oily component obtained from the seed of Moringa into transesterification reaction with a product by hydrogenation reaction as solid fat. (2) The external preparation composition described in (1) is characterized in that the product by hydrogenation reaction is a reactant by complete hydrogenation reaction.
