In order to improve the convenience of users, a signal conversion unit converts a first transmission standard signal inputted from a first external device into a second transmission standard signal. A signal selection unit selects, as an output signal, the first transmission standard signal inputted from the first external device or the second transmission standard signal obtained by the signal conversion unit.
