ELECTRIC COOKING DEVICE, METHOD OF BOILING, AND METHOD OF SOAKING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cooking device that can control cooked food at an appropriate temperature to be eaten while letting the taste soak in the cooked food.

SOLUTION: The electric cooking device 100 includes: a heater 150 for heating a pan in which food materials are placed; and a controller 110 for performing soaking process for letting the taste soak in the food material by controlling the heater. The controller includes: a first step of lowering the temperature of the pan in the soaking process; a second step of heating the pan up to the first predetermined temperature by controlling the heater after the first step; and a third step of keeping the pan at the second predetermined temperature less than the first predetermined temperature by controlling the heater after the first step; and a third step of keeping the second temperature less than the first predetermined temperature by controlling the heater after the first step.
