<p>In a liquid drip prevention valve (1), an input port (51) is formed in the upper face (4B) of a flow path block (4), and an output port (52) is formed in the lower face (4C), which opposes the upper face (4B) of the flow path block (4). In addition, a valve chamber (50) is formed on a side face (4A) of the flow path block (4), and an air block (2) abuts the side face (4A). Furthermore, a diaphragm valve body (3) makes contact with a valve seat (44) when pressure is applied with respect to a back side chamber (23) of the diaphragm valve body (3) and separates from the valve seat (44) when the back side chamber (23) is brought to negative pressure, thus forming the liquid drip prevention valve (1).</p> |
