PURPOSE: A bicycle brake device using a rotating plate is provided to simultaneously brake both a rear wheel and a front wheel by installing a brake operating part on a handle bar. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle brake device using a rotating plate comprises a brake device part(1), a brake wire, a brake operating part(3), and a rotating plate(4). The brake device part grips the rim of wheels or a brake disc. The brake wire delivers braking power to the brake device part. The brake operating part is connected to one end of the brake wire. If the brake operating part is gripped by the physical strength of hands, the brake wire is pulled. The rotating plate is installed and rotated in the frame, is connected to the brake wire, and delivers the braking power delivered from the brake operating part to a front wheel(310) and a rear wheel(320). |
