<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED power supply pack capable of easily exchanging an LED power supply circuit only, and an LED lighting fixture having the LED power supply pack. <P>SOLUTION: When exchanging the LED power supply circuit of the LED lighting fixture according to a service life of the LED power supply pack, the LED power supply pack 2 only can be easily exchanged by removing from a fixture body 3 in a single-action detaching work without a cutting work and a reconnection work of a lead wire while keeping LED lamps 1, 1 as they are.
