<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical electrode which suppresses oxidation reaction on an anode with respect to an additive such as organic substance and halogen ion in an electrolyte, preferentially causes oxygen generation and is excellent in the durability thereof, in the electrochemical electrode used for an application of electroplating, metal recovery or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The electrochemical electrode includes: a conductive base substance; a catalyst layer made of platinum group metal and/or platinum group oxide, formed on the conductive base substance; and a proton conductive solid polymer electrolyte layer formed on the catalyst layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
