<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel topcoat layer having a property that can reconcile a matting effect with decreases in slimy touch and creaking sound. <P>SOLUTION: The coating composition for forming a coated film as a topcoat of a natural leather comprises an aqueous emulsion containing 35-50 wt.% of a two-pack aliphatic polyurethane resin, 35-50 wt.% of two-pack liquid aliphatic polyurethane/acrylic resin, or 35-50 wt.% of the total of the two-pack aliphatic polyurethane resin and the two-pack aliphatic polyurethane/acrylic resin, 2-7 wt.% of silica fine particles of 0.3-30 μm particle diameter, 3-15 wt.% of polyurethane resin fine particles having plural particle diameters in the range of 6-15 μm and a Tg of -60 to -20°C, 15-35 wt.% of a crosslinking agent, 5-15 wt.% of a silicone-based tactile agent, 0-5 wt.% of a leveling agent, solid contents comprised of 0-3 wt.% of a thickening agent (total amount of the solid contents is 100 wt.%), and water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
