<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat source unit that can control energy consumption while controlling flowing-in of a part of a refrigerant from an intake pipe into a compressor in a stopped state when operating only a part of compressors out of a plurality of compressors, and a refrigeration apparatus having the same. <P>SOLUTION: The heat source unit 13 includes a first compressor 21, a second compressor 22 which is connected in parallel with the first compressor 21 in a refrigerating circuit, and provided with an oil storage part 23 for storing refrigerating machine oil, an intake pipe 31 which is branched on the upstream side of the first compressor 21 and the second compressor 22, and connected to the first compressor 21 and the second compressor 22, and a discharge pipe 32 through which the refrigerant is discharged from the first compressor 21. The heat source unit has a heat exchange structure 41 which performs the heat exchange between the discharge pipe 32 and the second compressor 22, and applies the heat to refrigerating machine oil stored in the oil storage part 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
