<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a build-up metal member for preparing a build-up metal section having comparatively high toughness and hardness without applying heat treatment after welding, and to provide a filler metal capable of preparing the build-up metal section. <P>SOLUTION: The build-up metal member includes the build-up metal section prepared by performing build-up welding of the filler metal. The build-up metal section is made from the martensite-based stainless steel having the composition containing, by mass, 0.03-0.10% C, 0.1-1.6% Si, 0.1-1.6% Mn, 3.0-6.0% Ni, 11.0-18.0% Cr, 2.0-5.0% W, 0.05% or below O, and the balance Fe and inevitable impurity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
