<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing a nickel ferrite nanoparticle composite having an inverse spinel structure obtained from a process using polyol, to a nickel ferrite nanoparticle composite prepared using the method, and to a method for selectively binding, separating, or refining specific proteins using the composite. The method for preparing a magnetic nanoparticle composite according to the present invention comprises a single-step hydrothermal synthesis method, thereby preparing a magnetic nanoparticle composite in a simple and economic manner. Further, the nickel ferrite nanoparticles synthesized using the method of the present invention are strongly magnetic and exist in a Ni2+ state in which Ni is bound to a specific protein, thus preventing the loss of separability which would be caused by an additional oxidation and enabling repeated use of the nanoparticles.</p> |
