<p>The system has a synchronization signal separation portion (12) separating an internal horizontal synchronization signal from a video signal. A phase comparison portion (18) compares a phase of an external horizontal synchronization signal, which is sent by a robot control device (10) to a camera (28), with a phase of the internal horizontal synchronization signal. A synchronization judging portion (20) judges whether the camera is operated in synchronization with the external synchronization signal based on temporary change of the phase comparison result from the comparison portion.</p> |
