PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for subcutaneous infusion of a medicament or a substance, and a usage device of an energy source for improving efficacy of the infused medicament.SOLUTION: A treatment device 7 attached to a tissue by an adhesive layer 1 minimizes a temperature change affecting insulin itself to be injected to warm the tissue and not to warm the insulin, and the treatment device is configured not to bring a heating element 2 into contact with an insulin infusion catheter 5 and can use a thermally separating article between the catheter and the heating element to apply the maximum heat stimulation to the tissue to increase local blood perfusion. Further, additional or alternative temperature sensors 3, 4 are arranged inside the heating element and the catheter tube via a cable 6 to control a temperature in a medicament infusion area more successfully. |
