<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery pack capable of achieving protection and insulation of a PCM and preventing an electrode terminal of a battery cell from being exposed to exterior. <P>SOLUTION: A battery cell 100 of a secondary battery pack is provided with an anode terminal 120 and a cathode terminal 110, and a thermally welded surplus portion 130 provided at an end part. A PCM 500 of the secondary battery pack has: a PCB 200 on whose surface a protection circuit is formed, and on whose one side a cathode terminal connection portion 220 and an anode terminal connection portion 230 are provided; an external input/output terminal 210 which is electrically connected with a protection circuit of the PCB 200 via an external output/input terminal connector provided on the other side of the PCB 200; and a PCM case 600 which has electrical insulating property. The PCB 200 is attached inside the PCM case 600 in an insertion manner. The PCB 200 is mounted on the thermally welded surplus portion 130 of the battery cell 100 in a direction opposite to an upper end of a main body of the battery cell 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
