An inter-service node user protocol message synchronization method, including: when a service node receives a user-related protocol message, judging whether the state of the backup group to which the user corresponding to the protocol message belongs is master or standby on the service node, and determining according to the type of the protocol message whether to send the protocol message to another service node of which the state of the backup group is standby or master; and when it is determined to send the protocol message, the service node encapsulates the protocol message by a service backup protocol and sends same to another service node.
