PURPOSE: A blind type towel rack is provided to enable all people to comfortably use a towel. CONSTITUTION: A blind type towel rack comprises a part for controlling a towel up and down. The part has a similar function to a blind. A heating element(103) is installed inside a body(100) and facilitate the drying of the towel. An ultraviolet ray lamp(200) is installed in the body.
