PURPOSE: A control method of an electronic parking brake system is provided to prevent function errors or part damage by controlling duty according to driving voltage which drives motor. CONSTITUTION: A control method of an electronic parking brake system comprises a step(S10) of detecting driving voltage supplied to a motor from a power supply unit, a step of measuring the driving voltage detected in a voltage sensing unit, a step(S20) of controlling real braking power authorized by the driving of the motor by controlling a duty of the motor according to size of the driving voltage.
