PURPOSE: A hydrant lighting device is provided to enable a user to effectively use a hydrant facility by turning on a lighting lamp with opening a door of a hydrant case. CONSTITUTION: A light lamp(2) emits light inside a hydrant case by being installed in the hydrant case. A sensing sensor(32) senses the open and close of a door, a receiver control unit provides a signal corresponding to a sensing location. A timer(30) counts a timer value set by using one of timer source signal frequencies by sensing the open of the door. A sensing switch(34) selectively connects emergency power and common power of the light lamp by operating a sensing sensor or a timer.
