Diphenyl-methoxy-ethylamino derivatives for use in drug preparations. G3A. These compounds (or their acid addition salts or quaternary ammonium salts) are obtained (a) by reacting a benzhydrol with an amino alcohol, (b) by reacting a benzhydrol ester with an amino alcohol, or (c) by reacting an alkali metal deriv. of a benzhydrol with an amino compound. - Their ethers comprise valuable therapeutic properties (coronary-artery-widening, analeptic, antihistaminic, anti-acetylcholinergic, antidepressive, analgetic and musculotropic spasmolytic effects).
