PURPOSE: A connecting apparatus of a power line is provided to suitably increase a coupling capacitor capacity about a low frequency operation by using a capacitor converter that gives a negative capacity to the capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A coupling transformer is equipped between a power line modem and a power line. A coupling capacitor is equipped between the coupling transformer and the power line. The capacitor that has the negative capacity comprises two operational amplifiers, multiple resistances and capacitors. The capacitor that has the negative capacity increases a synthesize capacity with the coupling capacitor. The capacitor that has the negative capacity is connected with the coupling capacitor in series. |
