PURPOSE: A wind guide system and a wind power generator is provided to prevent delamination of wind on the surface of a blade for flowing wind introduced to the surface of the blade between the blade and a root part. CONSTITUTION: A wind guide system(10) comprises a mounting unit(200) and a guide unit(300). The mounting unit mounts the guide unit at a blade(100). The guide unit guides wind which is introduced into the blade between a root part(110) and a maximum cord(130) according to the surface of the blade when the blade rotates.
