PURPOSE: An integrated circuit chip, a system including the same, an operating method thereof, a memory, and a memory system are provided to efficiently control a latency of a slave chip by grasping the change of an operation speed of the slave chip according to the change of a power voltage. CONSTITUTION: An integrated circuit system includes a first chip(110), a second chip(120), and a power supply(130). The first chip is a master chip to command the second chip for a specific operation. The second chip is a slave chip to operate according to the command of the first chip. The power supply supplies a power voltage(VDD1,VDD2) to the first chip and the second chip. If the first chip applies a training command to the second chip, the second chip notifies the first chip of the operation time according to the training command.
