PURPOSE: A gyro sensor driving device and a method thereof are provided to detect the movement of a sensor in the operation of a gyro sensor and perform the reverse operation of the gyro sensor opposite to the movement of the sensor, thereby rapidly stopping the operation of the gyro sensor. CONSTITUTION: A gyro sensor driving device comprises a detecting module(20), a phase converting module(30), a reversal module(40), a switch module(50), a driving module(60), and a control module(70). The detection module detects voltage corresponding to angular velocity of each shafts of a gyro sensor(10), thereby outputting the same. The phase converting modules phase-shifts the voltage output by the detection module, thereby generating a driving voltage corresponding to each shaft. The phase reversal module reverses the driving voltage output from the phase converting module, thereby generating reversal voltage corresponding to each shaft.
